Your enquiry comes to us.

This website does not collect your name or phone number through a contact form or chat widget. You can call or email us, or use the linked LeadConnector booking page to schedule a demo. We use the details you give us to respond and manage your appointment. Booking a demo does not create a customer account or authorize a charge.

SMS and mobile information.

Kolbrant is operated by Erik Ahl. If you call us and we miss your call, we may use your caller ID to send one non-marketing reply about that call. If you book a demo and separately agree to SMS reminders, we use the number you provide to send confirmations, reminders, and appointment changes. We do not collect SMS opt-ins through a website chat or contact form. The booking service processes the details you enter there.

We use this information to respond to your call, manage your booked demo, and maintain a record of any reminder consent. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of buying a service. Message frequency varies with your calls and appointments; message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. No sharing of SMS opt-ins: We do not sell mobile information or disclose it to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional use. SMS opt-in records and text messaging consent are excluded from all other information-sharing categories. We do not share these records with third parties, except messaging providers and aggregators that need them to deliver the SMS service you requested. Those providers may use this information only to support that service.

Data security and retention.

Our website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. The booking service processes the details you submit through it. We restrict our use of call, appointment, and consent records to responding to you, managing appointments, providing requested support, and maintaining consent records. We retain records for those purposes and any applicable legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights.

You can decline demo SMS reminders, withdraw consent at any time, or ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@kolbrant.com. We may need to confirm your identity before handling an information request. Deletion requests are subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements; we may retain the minimum information needed to respect an opt-out. Withdrawing consent does not affect your ability to contact us by email.

One viewing preference.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party tracking. Your choice of static or animated view is stored in your browser’s local storage.

Some links leave this website.

Email links, the booking page, and the demonstration websites open their own destinations. Information you provide there is handled by those services.
